As a member in good standing with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario), Saira brings an impressive background in financial management, corporate strategy, and business development. She has consistently driven operational excellence and strategic alignment across leading organizations, including ten years at Toronto Dominion (TD) Bank Group as Associate Vice President, Corporate Projects; six years providing fractional CFO services to startups from Seed to Series B; and most recently, three years as Director of Finance at Kenota Health. Her proven track record in enhancing financial performance and successfully scaling businesses positions her ideally to support Hyyve’s rapid expansion.
